An old well to bring back: pump it out, clear it, let it refill.

The idea
There is an old well on the land, and a lot of water locked in the ground around it. The plan is to pump the water out, clear the mud and leaves from the bottom, and let it refill on its own. Then the water is filtered so it can be used.
